Manage your account settings, security, and profile information

Creating a Konnect account is easy and free:

  • Visit the Konnect homepage and click "Sign Up"
  • Enter your email address and create a strong password
  • Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox
  • Complete your profile by adding a username and profile picture
  • You're all set! Start exploring and connecting

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps:

  • Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password"
  • Enter the email address associated with your account
  • Check your email for a password reset link
  • Click the link and create a new password
  • The reset link expires after 24 hours for security

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

To update your profile:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on your profile picture in the top right corner
  • Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu
  • Navigate to "Profile" tab
  • Edit your username, bio, profile picture, or cover photo
  • Click "Save Changes" when done

We're sorry to see you go. If you want to delete your account:

  • Go to Settings > Account
  • Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
  • Read the information about account deletion carefully
  • Confirm by entering your password
  • Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, posts, and connections will be lost.

Payment Issues

Help with subscriptions, billing, and payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  • Debit Cards (with Visa or MasterCard logo)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are processed securely through industry-standard encryption.

Payments can be declined for several reasons:

  • Insufficient funds in your account
  • Incorrect card details (number, CVV, expiry date)
  • Card expired or deactivated
  • Bank security restrictions on online transactions
  • Billing address doesn't match card records

We recommend contacting your bank or trying a different payment method. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.

To update your payment information:

  • Log in and go to Settings > Billing
  • Click "Payment Methods"
  • Add a new payment method or update existing one
  • Set your preferred default payment method
  • Remove old or unused payment methods if needed

To request a refund:

  • Go to Settings > Billing > Transaction History
  • Find the transaction you want refunded
  • Click "Request Refund" and select a reason
  • Submit your request

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that not all purchases are eligible for refunds. Review our refund policy for details.

Technical Troubleshooting

Resolve technical issues and improve your Konnect experience

Try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your internet connection speed
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try using a different browser or device
  • Disable browser extensions temporarily
  • Update your browser to the latest version
  • If using the app, try uninstalling and reinstalling

If the problem persists, check our status page for any ongoing service issues.

Common solutions for upload issues:

  • Check file size - maximum is unlimited for videos, 10MB for images
  • Verify file format - we support JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4, MOV
  • Ensure stable internet connection
  • Clear browser cache or app data
  • Try uploading from a different device or browser
  • Check if you have enough storage space on your device

Common error messages and solutions:

  • Error 404: Page not found - the link may be broken or content removed
  • Error 500: Server error - try again later or contact support
  • Error 403: Access denied - you may not have permission to view this content
  • Connection timeout: Check your internet connection
