Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to Payment Settings Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method Choose your preferred option
  3. Enter Payment Details Provide card number, expiry, CVV, or link account
  4. Verify Payment Complete verification if required
  5. Set as Default Choose default payment for subscriptions

All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard SSL/TLS. We never store complete card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by certified PCI-DSS compliant partners.

Managing Payment Methods

Updating Card Information

  1. Access Payment Methods Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Select Card to Update Click on the card you want to modify
  3. Edit Details Update expiry date, billing address, etc.
  4. Save Changes Confirm updates

Removing a Payment Method

  • Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
  • Click "Remove" next to the payment method
  • Confirm deletion (ensure no active subscriptions)

You can't remove a payment method that's linked to active subscriptions. Cancel subscriptions first or add an alternative payment method.

Subscription Billing Cycle

  • Monthly Plans: Billed on same day each month
  • Annual Plans: Billed once per year

Canceling Subscriptions

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Subscription Settings Settings → Billing → Subscriptions
  2. Select Subscription to Cancel Choose Premium or specific membership
  3. Click Cancel Subscription Follow prompts to confirm
  4. Provide Feedback (Optional) Tell us why you're canceling
  5. Confirm Cancellation You'll retain access until period ends

  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • You can resubscribe anytime
  • Your preferences and settings are saved

  3. Find the Purchase Locate transaction you want refunded
  4. Click Request Refund Button appears on eligible transactions
  5. Select Reason Choose from dropdown menu
  6. Submit Request Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Downloading Tax Documents

  1. Access Transaction History Settings → Billing → Transaction History
  2. Select Transaction Click on purchase to view details
  3. Download Invoice Click "Download PDF" button

Invoices include full tax breakdown, business details, and transaction ID for record-keeping.
