Changing Your Password

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Why 2FA Is Critical

2FA adds an extra security layer. Even if someone steals your password, they can't access your account without the second factor.

  5. Download Archive Link expires after 7 days

Blocking & Restricting Users

How to Block Someone

  1. Go to Their Profile Navigate to the user's channel
  2. Open Menu Click three dots (•••) on their profile
  3. Select Block User Confirm blocking action

What Happens When You Block

  • They can't view your profile or videos
  • Can't comment on your content
  • Can't send you messages
  • Can't mention or tag you
  • They won't be notified of the block

Restrict vs Block

Restrict is a softer option:

  • Their comments are only visible to them
  • Messages go to Message Requests folder
  • They can't see when you're online
  • They don't know they're restricted

Reporting Violations

What to Report

  • Harassment/Bullying: Targeted attacks or threats
  • Spam: Scams, misleading links, repetitive content
  • Hate Speech: Discrimination based on identity
  • Violence: Graphic content or threats
  • Copyright: Unauthorized use of your content

How to Report Content

  1. Click Report Flag Found on videos, comments, or profiles

If You've Been Phished

  1. Change Password Immediately Go directly to konnect.li and reset password
  2. Enable 2FA Add two-factor authentication if not already enabled
